PAMS Properties included rehabilitation and adaptive reuse of 3 former schools in North and South Buffalo. This scattered site project converted the St. Thomas Aquinas, St. Teresa and St.Rose of Lima schools into 90 apartment units and over 9,000 sq. ft. of commercial space.
